BOSS Coaches are Hair and Beauty salon owners themselves. They have learnt the hard way what works and what doesn’t work in our industry. Now, we share what we know with our clients so they can go from surviving to thriving. We work with clients all over Australia and New Zelaland and whatever the profile of salon or whatever the size of their budget - we offer keen support and advice. We teach our clients what they are expected to know but were never taught.
Founder of BOSS Coaching Estelle Carroll owned a successful salon in a regional area with her super power being able to create empowered teams so that she had more choices - the choices of where to spend her money and time. This enabled her to have 14 weeks off each year with her children, and only work on her salon floor 10 hrs a week - the eventually only 4hrs working 'on the business'. Estelle is all about the Language of Leadership - a skill developed over the years and as a certified Master practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
